your parents are worried that if they encourage you in singing you might not focus on ur studies or they might be thinking there is no future in singing, Right now you continue singing in competitions and get certificates. Show them your achievements in singing as well as your study capability or talk to your teachers and ask them to speak with your parents, Usually parents like when someone else praises their child and they might change their mind.. Being an indian please don break family values. Your parents will understand it soon. Best of luck

Don't assume things. if your sister is so worried, she can contact the local police and/or get a restraining order. There isn't much you can do when you simply assume. If he does something drastic then you can get something done straight away. But don't assume, some people can change.

Asteroids in prehistoric Earth question?

I know there was one about 65 million years ago that killed off the dinosaurs and know there are very often minor asteroids but was sure I read somewhere that there was another major one in the earth's prehistory sometime after the dinosaurs when everything had settled down again, can anyone confirm this and if so when it was?

Doctor Who clip question?

Okay, weird little random clip question. Basically, I remember a moment where someone opens a door, and the Doctor (ten) and Rose are standing there and give this really creepy/cheery "Hiiiii! :D" I know it's really obscure, and I can't remember who they were talking to, but it struck me as funny and I'd love to know the name of the episode...:/
