Scary Movie Troubles *(please hep)*?

I saw this movie from the 2000's or newer, and it had a scene where this girl was walking around this house, and a painting that at first had two creepy looking bald people in it, was on the wall with the people missing from the painting, and then one of the people is in real life, and sneaks up behind the girl. It was awesome, I just can't remember the name...
