I think that you already know it would be bad to fall for this guy. You already said that he likes flirting with everyone, that's a big no no in guys, specially if ur the jealous kind, and he has cheated on his past girlfriends, that means he wants nothing serious. I'd stay away if I was you unless you're looking to get hurt.
