How can I start talking to the guy I like?

I'm 15 and he's either 17 or 18. I see him all the time at the grocery store since he works there.he doesn't go to my school but I think he goes to one in my area. I never talked to him but I want to. What would I even say tho???? ..I mean....its in a grocery store..and I don't wanna come of as weird and creepy haha.thanks!!
